Sylvain Auger to Serve as Honorary President of the 56th edition

Lévis, November 13th, 2025 — The organizing committee of the Lévis Desjardins International U11 Tournament is proud to announce that Mr. Sylvain Auger, President of Autobus Auger, has enthusiastically accepted the role of Honorary President for the 2026 edition of the tournament.

This announcement carries special meaning: 35 years ago, in 1991, his father held this very same honorary position. Today, Sylvain Auger proudly and humbly continues this family tradition, following in his father’s footsteps and demonstrating a lasting commitment to sports, youth, and the Lévis community.

“It’s truly a privilege for me to accept the honorary presidency of the tournament. Lévis and minor hockey hold a very special place in my heart. I firmly believe that sports play a key role in developing not only great players on the ice, but also great people in life,” said Mr. Auger.

The choice of Sylvain Auger as Honorary President was a natural one. Both the tournament and Autobus Auger share strong core values — teamwork, determination, and a commitment to the community. These principles inspire young players on the ice just as they guide the company’s employees in their daily work.

The Lévis Desjardins International U11 Tournament will take place from January 26 to February 8, 2026, bringing together young hockey players from near and far in a spirit of camaraderie, healthy competition, and a shared passion for the game.
